Cement beams were donated for the section in front of RH
The following picture was the key element to the agreement between the River Hospital and the Village Board regarding the Riverwalk traversing hospital property. The cement supports mysteriously vanished from the most recently developed plans for the Riverwalk Project. And as quick as those cement supports disappeared.....so did any agreement between the Hospital and the Village.
