Frank Cavallario celebrates his 90th Birthday today. He has spent his entire life as a purveyor of vegetables and Fine Foods. My wife, Mary and I spent some time recently with Frank and his wife Connie talking about the old days. The conversation starts with Frank growing up on the families vegetable farm located on the Sand Flats in Watertown and continues with the opening of the Chez Restaurant and later Cavallario's Steak House.
