Characteristics of an effective elected official include passion, transparency, consistency, and fairness. I believe Jim Cummings brings these characteristics to his candidacy for Town of Alexandria Council member. Anyone who knows Jim recognizes his passion for effective representation of the constituents. He is “infamous” for his attempts at bringing transparency to our local governance! He consistently raises issues of importance by providing as much information as possible to anyone willing to access it. Although some may not always agree with his perspective, he is fair by acknowledging these differences. If you agree that these characteristics are important, then demonstrate that by supporting Jim Cummings with your vote for Town of Alexandria Council member on Election Day!
