Cindy Chaltain should be everyone vote. She work very hard for our village and is capable of writing grants. I believe that is an issue with both village and town as I understand our town lost 3 grants that Sampie had gotten our town prior to his leaving. "Follow Ups" are very important! Kay was on our board-----where did that get us. She also serves on our assessors board--where has that gotten us. Has anyone ever listened to her in an assessors meeting.. Her comments amaze me.
You can not just elect someone and then do nothing after the election. Elected officials are people, nothing more, nothing less. Communication is the key to all politics. If you do not like what you hear at meetings or you do not approve of an action by the board, you can: Go to the next meeting. Write a letter or send an email. Talk to them when you see them out and about.
You doing nothing and then bitching here anonymously does not give you grounds for any points that you made in your comment.

At least Aunt Kay is willing to do a thankless job.
