I read this morning in the Ogdensburg Journal that Ms. Jenne Russell things $15,000.00 a year with benefits is an adequate amount of money to live on in our district. Is she that out of touch. I'm wondering if Ms. Jenne Russell is willing to perform her duties as State Assemblywoman on $15,000.00 per year with benefits. I'll bet not.
I'm not sure how she thinks this is going to bring our young people back to the area or create jobs. If an employer can pay you $15,000.00 per year, I'll bet he/she is not able to include benefits as well. It's time the candidate wakes up and smells the coffee.
I was undecided until this morning. Now I know Mr. Cantwell will get my vote. He sees $35,000 to $40,000 being a more acceptable rate of pay.
