Goose Poop Park Revisited
On Wenesday July 30th I posted about the goose poop on Casino Island. The poop is still on the lawn and the sea wall. Does anyone think it is to much to ask...........to at least sweep the poop off the top of the wall? Is that asking to much? How about taking care of the flower boxes that grace the top of the poop covered sea wall?

A little birdie told me that a few of the VB members think this is kind of a joke. They kinda think it is funny that there are a few of us that think that Casino Island should look nice for the tourist.
I do not think it is funny at all.
Pathetic comes to mind.
Casino Island is one of the best places to get a view of the river and that's what tourists want to see...the river and the castle! The goose poop should be taken care of and should be cleaned up at least once a week! Pirates Days are only a few days away and there are going to be alot of people visting that island..lets get it cleaned up!
You need someone up there at casino island that knows what to do each day.
That's right, lets blame the VB for the geese taking a dump on village property. How about reaching out to the DEC to have them open an August hunting season for Geese in the Village? Or maybe we should talk about the Seagulls that carelessly shit on the streets and cover the pavilion with their anal secretions! You know something, I think the goose poop is hillarious too! Oh, I got one lets blame the VB for having grass in the village for the geese to eat, after all without the grass there will be no poo!
Well, it seems that a VB member has found this blog, and under anonymous can say something so profound. Hey anonymous, how about we meet on Casino Island and see how long you can walk around before you fall on your ass in all that hillarious poo. If in fact that you are a VB member, maybe you at the VB should take this a little more serious. Would you want to bring your family from out of town (to spend a LOT of money at all the ABay buisnesses) to get one of the best views of Boldt Castle just to have to walk through all that crap, I know I wouldnt. I will admit that I might not have the answer to this problem, but it should be addressed more seriously than it is now.
I do not care who found their way to this blog. I have turned off the anyone can post. Now it is restricted to just Bloggers with googple accounts......no more anonymous said

We all took alot of crap for having silly nicknames at abay.com forums. I saw the show over at danger democrat when all the anon. said posters were having a field day posting anything they wanted with no consequences. So here are the facts for all the stupid MO Fo's that posted like that over there.....Not in my living room @hole!!!!!
Nobody is blaming the VB for the birds physiological need to relieve themselves. However, the VB should make sure that whoever is in charge should make an effort to clean up some of the droppings from the wall. Since you also find this hilarious, then I am guessing you might be a former or current VB member or maybe a spouse. I assure you the vb does take the poop seriously, that's why they have asked the village employees to clean it up again and again.
That is a tough job considering the geese are back their daily (12/7)
Also, the vb ordered some goose deterinent of some sort to apply on Casino Island, not sure if it was used yet
The sea wall was somewhat clean on sat during the invasion as I was on the wall
The poop problem is also major at area golf courses where local maintenance personel are constantly shooing the geese away and sending them to Casino Island
