On the creepy scale of 1 to 10, this ranks about an eleven. I have heard that some had found these eerie notes in Ziploc bags throughout the village with about a dozen or so BB's in the bag presumably to add weight. I know of one such note that was found and turned over to the local Police. My wife found this one on our sidewalk today while shoveling. It seems that someone has some serious issues with David Bain, Highway Superintendent for the Town of Alexandria.Time tax payers wake up or someone is going to die, is how the note starts out. It continues on, heavily criticizing Bain and the town board regarding snow removal on town roads which supposedly puts school children in jeopardy as they are transported via bus to school. There are some other disturbing references ......
