A Thank You to Officer Pitts for his prompt and professional response to a complaint made by Mr/Mrs pguston. Officer Pitts used his resources and tracked down the culprit[s]. The issue, I believe has been resolved. I hope the little culprits have learned their lesson!

Thanks for the suggestion, I just sent a letter to the mayor.
I think this officer needs to be re trained. I was searched by him for no apparent reason.
maybe the reason wasnt apparent to you, were you pulled over in a vehicle or just stopped walking down the street and searched?
