This was in Today's WDT:

I guess today's property sales could be tomorrow's politics. I know that Jim Cumming purchased the above property. There are no secrets in this village. I googled the above LLC and found nothing. But I did find this when I googled Jim Cumming. Are there pieces to this puzzle that I am missing. Is this like a chess game, being unsure of the next move? He has purchased the Old Maxson Airfield, Sport Island, property in Clayton with a LaundroMat. I wonder what else he has in mind. I can not even imagine what the BiG picture might turn out to be.

with a small amount of research and googling, one can easily find that JC sr. has bought 6 properties in the town of alexandria (only five are current public knowledge) in the last 14(?) months. total exp of approx 2.7mill. not including county building permits for those props, permit estimates are approx an additional 1.2.. No wonder the comps for the new tax assesments are so high.Look at the numbers. glad i'm not fighting my assesment with those new comps!

Claytonite....give us more! Who is he and what is he doing here? Is JC (Atlanta) the "Renaissance Man" he purports to be, or is he just a Jim Donegan with a little class?
Does he want to remake the area in his own image, or is he just buying up shit 'cause it's cheap?

You might have called his bluff Cur. I see no response yet, and hes calling pg a wannabee? If you think this is the same as that JCWB, think again. Here, we dont go around calling others gay or queers,and we are free to post our opinions(wrong or right) without being burned at the stake. Im glad pg thought to start this topic,hopefully someone does come up with more info on this guy and find out what hes up to. I kinda thrive on no respect especially from a poster that can butcher the english language like Claytonite. BTW claytonite does not acutally live in Clayton but he used to own a business there, his actual initials are KG and he maybe as full of hot air as a balloon.
