Just prior to the Thunder in the Bay Poker Run Event, a section of the Upper James St. finger docks were under water. DPW Supt. Millett spotted the sinking section. Quick actions were taken and the section was repaired within a couple of days. There was no interruption or inconvenience to transient boaters or Power Boaters who participated in the Poker Run.
