Keiff Kloses Keewaydin

Kevin A. Kieff, regional director of Parks and Recreation picked the parks to close within "his" region.  Evidently the pool loses money.  In addition, it is reported that Keiff is easily disturbed in his regional office, and he does not like all the commotion from the parks visitorsThem dam campers make to much noise having fun:  fishing, swimming, camping, cooking out.  He picked Keewaydin to temporarily close figuring that by the time it reopens again, he should have a nice cushy job in Albany, where nobody has any fun.......

Fire his ass immediately or better yet tie him to an Uncle Sam boat for the season so he can listen to their blather. After that he would be more than happy to go back to Keewyadin and those noisy campers. Jim you have no idea how much this pisses me off.

I was told Martha kept the meeting a secret because of this guy. Ron Thompson gave him an economics lesson to bad his dense NY state training made it hard for him to understand. How can you close so many parks and keep all these guys employed. He sees no problem that 9 dollars out of the 15 dollars collected goes to an outside reservation agency. even when the reservation is done by the parks the company gets the money and rebates a couple dollars to the state.

This guy did not understand Ron's point about increasing the campsite number to improve the economics. Duh!

Ron was on point with his questions and logic! Apparently the regional director is only good at spewing statistics....
