Castle Cable Channel 4

 ****Added Today****
The sound is back on!!!!
CC called our house to let us know that the sound was back on 4
Thank you CC
I put this same topic up over at abay.com.  But I know that there are a few of you out there that have vowed never to step foot in the forums ever again.  Whatever!

If you turn to channel 4 you will notice there is NO SOUND!

Thats right NO GD SOUND.  I called CC and reported the problem.  She said " I will make a note of that problem".  I reminded her that the sound had been out for several days.........pg jr brought that to my attention.

Give CASTLE CABLE a call @ 482-9975 and let them know about this problem......I plan on calling them every couple of hours........

Last year their excuse was always that "the station" was off. And, to be fair, lots of times it was. NOW, we have no cable, no satellite and have purchased a converter (which does have issues at times) but is completely free. We got the coupons last spring bought an antenna and right now we sometimes watch tv with the antenna only (which we will only be able to do until Feb. 17th) or we switch it over to the converter and can watch American Idol. We get CBS, FOX, ABC, NBC, and three PBS channels. How many channels can you watch at one time. At least now, if the channel is off the air, I don't get upset over because it's not costing me a thing. You can call CC until you are blue in the face...nothing will change. Why not watch tv for free? How many channels can you watch at once?

Maybe I will purchase a HD antenna and see how that works....... Then I won't miss any 24 or house and maybe get the signal in HD

I have something good to say about Castle Cable! A few channels were fuzzy and scrambled. A CC guy named James came, recognized that I had an old style connection and fixed it with a new connector, then went out to the pole and provided a stronger signal to my house. Then later that day called and said he was on the pole again making the fix better, in case we had the TV on. Oh my.

That is good to hear. I would prefer to support a local business such as CC instead of giving up on them. Maybe it is a New Year resolution.....
